BEFORE TREATMENT

The toothbrush was previously broken in 2 places and held together with sellotape.

Firstly, the sellotape was mechanically removed and any remaining residue removed with acetone.

The sections were then adhered together.

Due to the fragile nature of the toothbrush japanese tissue supports were placed on the back of the toothbrush to offer additional support to the break lines.
